Intégration Motrice Primordiale (IMP)

Their YouTube channel is full of conferences, integration games, morning routines, rocking movements, rhythmic movements, self-remodeling exercises ... available for free.
Paul Landon and Ludivine Baudry's IMP is a synthesis of different currents working on primitive reflexes and movements. The content of their training is inspired by :

A typical IMP session begins with the identification of unintegrated primitive reflexes. The possible consequences of each reflex are then explained in order to determine the objective of the session. This objective can be a better handwriting, scoring more goals in football, fidgeting less on a chair... Finally, the expert decides on the most effective method of integration for the session and gives several exercises to be done daily at home. Their approach is S.I.M.P.L.E (System, Integration, Motor, Primordial, Ludics and Educational).
